The "Karpaty" is the Ukrainian State Architecture Prise winner.

The Big Gold Medal of grand prize winner of the National Prize in the sphere of landscape architecture and design "Ukraine in Blossom – 2008" for using the ethnic motifs in lanscape design is awarded to the "Karpaty's" park "Pidhirya".

The "Karpaty" is blended with the picturesque south-east part of Truskavets resort, in the vicinity of storage pool and woodland. It consists of nine-storey sleeping building for 442 persons, that is connected to club, canteen, treatment and diagnostic unit and sports and fitness complex. The recreational features are enriched with the large nymphaeum that is situated near the showing room, ballroom and canteen.

The sanatorium is equipped with videoinspection. It has the security and the parking lot. It also has two bars, a large park and the restaurant "Hrazhda".
